Toto is really about luck

So a single person walked away with $6 million and he only spent $0.50 on a single quick pick ticket. It really says it all.

Smacks of naviety, but like a little kid in me, I would always like to think otherwise, despite knowing you can never predict the numbers. It just pops out at random. I think its impossible to even formulate a trend line and start forecasting.

Monte Carlo simulation doesnt even come close!
